Employability and Functional Skills
As well as supporting people already working in Health & Social Care, we have also helped jobseekers to find sustainable work in care roles, by delivering funded courses, working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus and local colleges.
Preparing to work in Health & Social Care
Working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus across North London & Hertfordshire, we provide practical support and guidance for jobseekers interested in working in the Health & Social Care sector.
Support maximises the employment prospects of jobseekers by addressing their ESOL and Functional Skills needs which helps them to become more independent if looking for work again in the future.
For learners that engage with the course, we also offer ESOL classes, Functional Skills Including ICT. The employers we work with can also work-placement and interviews, which has often led to offers of employment.
We have achieved significant successful outcomes through delivering the ‘Preparing to work in Health & Social Care’ course, helping people into sustainable employment and solving the recruitment needs of local employers.
